Looking back on 2015 and ahead on 2016

This past year has been an amazing journey to us at CityDesk, and before we usher in the new year what better way to celebrate it than remembering all the best moments of 2015.

From welcoming cool new members, teaching the community doing free classes and workshops, meeting amazing people with networking events and overall a good year for us and all our members.

We hosted our first Tech Taco Tuesdays next door at I’ll Incontro Cafe, great food, amazing people can’t wait to do it again.

The folks from Glamsquad gave our members free hair and makeup makeovers, what a treat!

Straight from Silicon Valley we hosted The Founder’s Institute Information Session, were we met many action driven entrepreneurs in Miami and learned all about their program and benefits.

Meet your neighbors party at our building The Wind, what a blast, there was delicious food and drinks from many sponsors and lots of cool interesting people, this year’s party shall be a lot of fun.

BrightGauge’s Amanda McCluney and our member Mike Willyoung from Zimala.com gave a very insightful workshop on Inbound Marketing, great content and delivery!

Proud to host the folks from one of the largest meetup groups in South Florida, the South Florida WordPress Meetup Group.

Amazing group of people who are now planning one of the biggest Tech events of the year in Miami, the Miami Wordcamp 2016

We helped create and host the Miami Youtubers community with our member Luna Vega.

They have grown su much over the past few months and we’re glad to be a part of it.

To end the year we treated our members, friends and family to a nice traditional dinner with Venezuelan food #hallacas.

Overall 2015 was a year full of exciting moments and new experiences and we can’t wait to make 2016 an even better one.

This new year we plan to keep making great events and helping our communities grow, we plan to do our part in helping Miami become a Tech hub with helpful quality events and workshops, creating partnerships with great committed institutions, organizations and communities to help and learn from each other.
